AGREEMENT & WAITING LIST

Once we’ve agreed on the quote, a €30 deposit is required to confirm your interest and secure your place on the waiting list.
This amount will be deducted from the final price of your commission.

YOUR COMMISSION BEGINS

When your turn arrives, I’ll contact you to confirm the order and go over the final details. At this stage, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
This confirms your acceptance of my terms and conditions and allows me to begin working on your artwork.

As your portrait gradually takes shape, I’ll share progress updates with you so you can follow the process from the first stages to the finished piece.
These updates may also be shared on my social media channels, unless you ask me to keep your commission private.

COMPLETION & FINAL PAYMENT

Once your artwork is complete, I’ll share the finished piece with you for review. If any minor adjustments are needed, we can discuss them before delivery.

The remaining 50% balance is due once you approve the finished artwork and before it is shipped.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Your artwork will be carefully and securely packaged to ensure it is protected throughout its journey.

Depending on the artwork and shipping method, it will be shipped between two sturdy wooden boards or in a protective tube.

Each original artwork is signed on the back and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing its originality and provenance.

A tracking number will be provided once your artwork has been shipped, so you can follow its journey to your door.

• International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees.

MATERIALS & QUALITY

I use carefully selected, high-quality materials, including acid-free paper, artist-grade pigments where applicable, and a suitable fixative to help protect the finished drawing.

Every piece is created with the intention of preserving its beauty and detail for years to come, with proper care and conservation.
